We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Talent Acquisition Intern to support our recruitment and employer branding initiatives. This internship offers hands-on experience in various aspects of talent acquisition, communication, and strategic projects. The ideal candidate is passionate about people, data, and innovation in recruitment.

đŻÂ Key Responsibilities

Recruitment Support
- Assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for internships and salaried positions.
- Help manage candidate pipelines and communication.
- Proactively develop relationships with candidates to build talent pools.

Communication & Employer Branding Projects
- Contribute to internal and external communication campaigns to promote recruitment initiatives.
- Support the creation of content for social media, job boards, and career platforms.

Career Fairs & CSR Activities
- Represent the company at career fairs and university events.
- Participate in and help organize CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) initiatives linked to recruitment and community engagement.

Data & Dashboard Improvements
- Support analysis of recruitment KPIs and assist in improving dashboards and reporting tools.
- Identify trends and propose actionable insights.

Benchmarking & Best Practices
- Research recruitment strategies and tools used by other companies.
- Explore innovative uses of AI in recruitment and propose pilot ideas.
- Investigate best practices in DEI (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion), with a focus on attracting and recruiting more diverse talent.
