We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Talent Acquisition Intern to support our recruitment and employer branding initiatives. This internship offers hands-on experience in various aspects of talent acquisition, communication, and strategic projects. The ideal candidate is passionate about people, data, and innovation in recruitment.

 

🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment Support
    • Assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for internships and salaried positions.
    • Help manage candidate pipelines and communication.
    • Proactively develop relationships with candidates to build talent pools.

 

  • Communication & Employer Branding Projects
    • Contribute to internal and external communication campaigns to promote recruitment initiatives.
    • Support the creation of content for social media, job boards, and career platforms.

 

  • Career Fairs & CSR Activities
    • Represent the company at career fairs and university events.
    • Participate in and help organize CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) initiatives linked to recruitment and community engagement.

 

  • Data & Dashboard Improvements
    • Support analysis of recruitment KPIs and assist in improving dashboards and reporting tools.
    • Identify trends and propose actionable insights.

 

  • Benchmarking & Best Practices
    • Research recruitment strategies and tools used by other companies.
    • Explore innovative uses of AI in recruitment and propose pilot ideas.
    • Investigate best practices in DEI (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion), with a focus on attracting and recruiting more diverse talent.

✅ Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or related field

  • Fluent in English; other languages a plus such as Spanish or French
