Now, we’re inviting motivated students to join our 12-week paid summer internship program — designed to give you hands-on experience, insider knowledge, and a real path into the world of medical device sales.

What You’ll Learn

Throughout the program, you’ll rotate through key areas of our business — learning the full scope of what it takes to be a successful medical device sales rep:

• Medical Device Sales
  • Sports Medicine, Extremities & Trauma: Products and surgical techniques for treating acute injuries, chronic overuse conditions, and trauma to both upper and lower extremities.
  • Orthobiologics: Solutions that help accelerate healing and improve outcomes.
  • Business Planning: Understanding quotas, targets, and performance metrics.
  • Relationship Building: Developing trust and communication with surgeons and hospital staff.
• Medical Education
  • Human Anatomy and Surgical Techniques
  • Operating Room Etiquette
  • Lab Events: Assisting with set-up, compliance, and hands-on surgical demonstrations
• Operations / Inventory
  • Logistics and product flow
  • Managing surgical trays and billing processes

A Day in the Life

One morning, you might be in the OR watching a surgeon repair a torn ACL using Arthrex products. That afternoon, you’re back in our lab helping prep for a surgical education event. No two days are the same — and every experience builds your foundation for a career in medical device sales.

Who We’re Looking For

• Currently enrolled in college as a junior or senior
• Passionate about medicine, anatomy, and orthopedics
• Energized by fast-paced, hands-on learning environments
• Comfortable working with anatomic specimens (bones, joints, etc.)
• Strong communicator, team player, and detail-oriented
• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office) and a willingness to learn
• Flexible — some evenings or weekends may be required
