About the Job
We are seeking enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our Business Development team! As a Business Development Intern, you will support our outreach to restaurant service partners (e.g., restaurant accountants, insurers, designers, wholesalers) to promote our restaurant management systems. This role focuses on learning and personal development, providing valuable training and guidance to help you understand the industry and sales cycle. Goals are educational and supportive rather than mandatory。
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns that combine digital, direct mail, and e-commerce strategies to attract restaurant owners.
2. Develop marketing materials, website content, social media posts, and email campaigns to promote ARA’s services.
3. Engage with potential clients and decision-makers through offline channels, including attending community events to promote ARA’s products, with a focus on the restaurant industry.
4. Build and maintain a list of potential vendor partners, supporting online outreach to expand collaboration opportunities.
5. Lead product demons and assist in creating tailored solutions for clients, providing training and installation support for ARA's system.
6. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth post-sales experience for restaurant clients.
Qualifications & Requirements
1. Current university student or recent graduate; any major is welcome (Marketing or Business Management preferred).
2. Strong communication skills, outgoing personality, and willingness to engage with people.
3. Interest in digital marketing, social media, and B2B marketing strategies.
4. A valid driver’s license is a plus; willingness to visit clients is preferred.
**This is an Unpaid internship.
