Facilities Construction Science/Management Intern

As a Facilities Intern, you will receive significant projects related to your major that are challenging and beneficial to the organization. Are you studying Construction Science or Construction Management? Join our team as a Facilities Construction Intern and gain hands-on experience in: - Overseeing site utilities, maintenance, and property management - Project Management and overseeing construction projects through design, procurement and construction - Developing estimates and tracking budgets - Engineering and design of new and renovated facilities including: foundations, structures, drainage systems - Collaborating with vendors and contractors to identify industry innovations - Developing and incorporating lessons learned into Engineering Standards - Coordinate with experts from all engineering disciplines to deliver a coordinated project - Ensuring construction executes work safely, on-time and with high quality - You'll work on diverse projects, including: - Civil works and structural foundations - Exterior and interior architectural designs - Cleanroom infrastructure - Roofing and waterproofing Put your talent to work with us as a Facilities Construction Intern! Minimum Requirements: - Currently pursuing a undergraduate or graduate degree in Construction Science or Construction Management - Cumulative 3.0/4.0 GPA or higher Preferred Qualifications: - Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions - Strong time management skills that enable on-time project delivery - Ability to build strong, influential relationships - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment - Ability to take the initiative and drive for results
