Role Overview
The College Sports & Brand Content Intern or Coordinator will support the NIL Brands Fair happening at Western Michigan University, on November 19th. You will be assigned a brand that you will support on their campaign. This will include campaigns with content creation, athlete/influencer selection, booth management.
Ideal Candidate
- Passionate about social media, internet culture and sports
- Wants to get into media & entertainment, sports, advertising or influencer marketing
- Key eye for detail and ability to understand core client needs
- Teamwork and collaboration
- Can attend the November 19th event
Role Details:
- Timeline: Nov 3rd -Dec 13th, 2025
- Total Hours: 20-30 hours
- Compensation: : $15.00 - $18.00 USD
- *Required Date* November 19th: NIL Brands Fair (3pm - 9pm)
Role Tasks
Content Capturing at your Booth
- Film and/or interview athletes during NIL Brands Fair
- Engage in the athletes attending to participant in content
- Send captured content to the remote editor

- Join the account team in brand calls
- Support in the planning and execution of brand campaign(s)
Athlete Engagement & Brand Booth Management
- Identify athletes that are good fits for the brand
- Educate and gift brand product to athletes
- Get athletes to engage in participating in the content
Reporting & Analytics
- Provide mid and post-campaign reports & updates
- Analyze campaign data to determine campaign learnings and opportunities for new campaigns
