Space Audit Student Assistant
The Space Audit Student Assistant will help the Facilities Management department by collecting, verifying, and updating data on room usage, occupancy, and physical layout across campus facilities. Attention to detail, reliability, and strong organizational skills are required for the Student Assistant position.
Duties:
- Conducting walkthroughs
- Recording observations
- Data entry (spreadsheets or databases)
- Assisting with reporting
Requirements:
- Hours may vary depending on employee availability and building schedules. Office hours are Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
- Able to work occasional evenings or weekends
- Must be able to read floor plans and navigate buildings
- Must be able to collaborate in a team setting
- Must be able to utilize tools such as a computer, tablet, camera, and digital measuring device
