Intern - IT Microsoft 365 Engineer

INTERN – IT MICROSOFT 365 ENGINEER

 

Application Deadline: December 1, 2025 

 

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:

  • Contribute to Nintendo’s IT SaaS Hosting team in supporting SaaS applications and platforms 
  • Collaborate with IT professionals on security and compliance initiatives related to cloud-based data sharing and communication platforms  
  • Monitor and report usage trends and potential issues within M365 applications, supporting continuous improvement 
  • Participate in troubleshooting sessions to resolve end user challenges with M365 applications, documenting solutions for future reference 
  • Contribute to knowledge base articles and FAQs addressing common questions and best practices for cloud collaboration 
  • Research and understand the latest advancements in Microsoft platforms and services by proactively exploring new tools and development practices  

 

SUMMARY OF REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3.0+ GPA 
  • Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university with a graduation conferral date between May 2026 and June 2027 
  • Pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field 
  • Interest in IT, collaboration tools, cloud-based productivity and communication platforms, especially M365 tools such as Teams, SharePoint, Outlook and Copilot  
  • Knowledge in preparing clear written documentation, such as summaries and user guides 
  • Ability to work with a variety of individuals across the organization 
  • Ability to clearly present information to technical and nontechnical audience  
  • Adaptable and eager to learn in a dynamic environment where priorities can shift 
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States 
  • Able to work 40 hours a week throughout the course of the 10-week summer internship between June 15 – August 21 
  • A completed Internship Questionnaire following application
