Intern - Field Operations

INTERN – FIELD OPERATIONS

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:

  • Contribute to Nintendo’s Brand Ambassador Operations team on daily operations for field representatives and their management software  
  • Prepare training materials and operational resources for ambassadors and managers 
  • Research and analyze data from our field management platform to help create new reports that provide useful business insights 
  • Assist in streamlining communication channels and processes to ensure efficient delivery of project and non-project-related information to our field teams 
  • Assist with project management, organize shipping and inventory logistics, and fulfill general requests from the field team, as needed 

 

SUMMARY OF REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3.0+ GPA
  • Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university with a graduation conferral date between May 2026 and June 2027 
  • Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Business Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Marketing or related field 
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to partner with stakeholders across departments 
  • Adaptable and eager to learn in a dynamic environment where priorities can shift  
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint 
  • Experience with data visualization tools, Tableau preferred 
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States 
  • Able to work 40 hours a week onsite throughout the course of the 10-week summer internship between June 15 – August 21 
  • A completed Internship Questionnaire following application 

This position is onsite in Redmond, WA, and not open to remote status at this time. Housing and travel support will be provided for non-local hires.
