Registrar Student Assistant
This position works within the Office of the Registrar at Oakland University. The Registrar Student Assistant plays a critical role in supporting students, staff, and faculty here at OU with a variety of questions pertaining to registration, transcripts, and more through email, phone, and in-person visits. This is a student employee position set to begin for the Winter 2026 semester but can be held as long as you are an active student at Oakland University and meet the minimum GPA and enrollment requirements for student employment. Summer options typically available if interested. Most of our Student Assistants continue to work with us until they graduate once hired.
Typical office hours are 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Preference for students with availability including Monday through Wednesday as those are when most of our upcoming openings, but have openings for all days.
