Jr. Production Automation Engineer in EES System
Position: PRODUCTION AUTOMATION in EES SYSTEM
Location: COVINGTON, GA
JOB SUMMARY
Manages end-to-end development and operations for the Equipment Engineering System (EES), with a special focus on the implementation, operation, and business rule creation for FDC(Fault Detection and Classification) and SPC(Statistical Process Control), as well as cross-functional collaboration. Manage all kinds of glass substrates and semiconductor equipment data such as Inspection, Measurement, Manufacturing tools. Should be able to handle data generated from various types of glass substrate-based and semiconductor-based equipment. This involves defining inspection, measurement, and production equipment, as well as parameter lists. Understand the SECS/GEM-based communication protocol and define Equipment Identification Values such as SVID, DVID, CEID, ALID, etc. Establish standard interface methods tailored to the purpose of each equipment and define messages using middleware. To effectively manage real-time data, understand the characteristics of large-scale data and design schemas for equipment data loading and define interface methods. Understand parameter specifications and define OCAP procedures for alarms, interlocks, and quality management.
