People & Culture Intern - Summer 2026

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the internal Commonwealth Intern Program.
  • Assist in HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, benefit administration, performance management, etc.
  • Assist in HR administrative tasks, such as maintaining personnel records and updating HR systems.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives, company events & team building activities.
  • Support the coordination of training and development programs.
  • Contribute to diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the organization.

 

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States.
