Yardi Data Analyst
The Yardi Data Analyst is responsible for the maintaining, organizing, and reporting of Yardi Voyager 7S data (and its ancillary products). This position primarily fulfills data-related service requests and develops custom reports (SQL and YSR), while contributing to team success through collaboration and subject matter expertise. Participates in research, design, development, and testing of new functionality within project frameworks. Develops and manages standardized application data processes and internal training materials. This position reports to the Yardi Data Operations Lead and may include mentoring or training team members on established processes.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
ETL Import/Exports
Basic to Intermediate Custom Report Development and Troubleshooting (SQL & YSR)
Maintain automatic processes, communications like letters or report scheduler exports, and creating or updating stored procedures
Property Onboarding/Data Conversion/Ongoing Data Management
Collaborate with external department teams as SME of Yardi Data/Table structure.
Assist with cross-departmental projects as technical resource.
Develop & maintain internal standardized documentation for Yardi data updates processes, ETL processes, approval matrices in compliance with documented company ITGC controls.
Adhere to company published ITGC Controls/Change Management procedures
Assist with Power BI Administration & Troubleshooting
QUALIFICATIONS:
2+ years of experience with Yardi Voyager 7S
Intermediate knowledge of Yardi table structure/schema, ETL, YSR & SQL report development and troubleshooting.
Prior experience or strong interest in applying data analytics to the industrial real estate industry.
Intermediate knowledge of one or more of the following:
Python, SQL
Data extraction, data ingestion and data analysis
MySQL, Microsoft SQL Server, Excel, PowerBI, Teams
SQL report development
Ability to develop, implement and maintain data management procedures.
Commercial real estate experience preferred. Industrial experience a plus.
Excellent problem solving and analysis skills.
Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
Outstanding time management skills.
Ability to work independently as well as with a team to find solutions for common or recurring issues.
Displays enthusiasm to broaden skills/experience with existing and new products.
Uses attention to detail to achieve precise results.
Adaptable and flexible when given new responsibilities.
Four-year college degree with a BA or BS in Accounting, Business, Finance, Computer Science, or equivalent is preferred. Two-year degree is acceptable with comparable industry experience.
$75,000 - $85,000 represents the presently anticipated base compensation pay range for this position at Link. Actual pay may vary based on various factors, including but not limited to location and experience.
