Production Network & Facility Planning Intern
Your tasks
- Assist in developing and maintaining the production network strategy.
- Prepare presentations for management and project meetings using Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Create cost overviews and reports using Microsoft Excel.
- Lead or support various cross-functional projects and tasks.
- Coordinate and manage small-scale projects independently.
- Support facility maintenance (e.g., Assist with regular safety audits and inspections)
- Setup and teardown for meetings, training sessions, and special events
- Move furniture and equipment as needed
- Coordinate with vendors for facility-related services
Your Profile
- Start Date - This position is planned to start January 1, 2026, or earlier depending on availability
- In office at Auburn HillsĀ
- Must be currently attending a college or university (Graduation year of 2027 or later)
- Able to work 20 hours per week on average during the school year/ flexible schedule
- Able to work 30-40 hours per week on average during the summer/ flexible schedule
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Spanish and/or German language skills are a plus.
- Self-motivated, open-minded, and eager to learn.
- Ability to work efficiently and with a sense of urgency.
