Talent Management Intern

POSITION RESPONSIBILITES

We are seeking a motivated and passionate Talent Management Intern to join our team and support the day-to-day operations of the agency. As a Talent Management Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of casting, talent representation, and agency operations, working closely with a diverse team of professionals. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to develop their career in talent management and entertainment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with talent scouting, recruitment, and onboarding of new actors and models.
  • Help manage and update talent portfolios, comp cards, and digital profiles.
  • Support with the preparation of casting calls and talent submissions for clients and productions.
  • Handle communication between clients, talent, and the agency, ensuring timely and professional correspondence.
  • Provide administrative support in organizing casting sessions and auditions.
  • Assist in the preparation and coordination of events, showcases, and photoshoots.
  • Help maintain accurate and up-to-date records for all talent and client information.
  • Gain insight into the casting process for advertising, commercials, digital, and film projects.
  • Collaborate with the team on the promotion of talent to various clients and agencies.
  • Research market trends, casting opportunities, and talent needs to support the agency’s growth.

ADDITIONAL BENEFITS:
On-site Supervision and Support
Our internships include 24/7 on-site staff to support students working and living abroad. All students will also report to a supervisor at their internship site. Supervisors provide and oversee daily tasks, introduce the intern to team members, and mentor the intern in organizational agility, skill acquisition, and career readiness. Interns complete a midpoint and final evaluation, and supervisors complete a final evaluation of their interns. All work responsibilities and projects are approved in advance. 

Academic Credit
Students on an internship have the opportunity to enroll in their home university for credit, or enroll in a course through API to transfer back to their university for credit. Email support-internships@apiexperience.com for more information and a syllabus.

Housing and excursions are included in your internship and will be selectable during the application process.
