Psychology Intern
Provide an incredible experience for children at Camp Mah-Kee-Nac in Lenox, Massachusetts up in the Berkshires. Camp Mah-Kee-Nac program fosters children's decision-making, independence, and social growth.
Interns will exercise many professional skills, including:

Employment Dates: June 16th - August 9th, 2026.
Compensation: Salary, travel stipend, and internship credit; housing, meals, WIFI, and laundry are included throughout the internship.
Job Responsibilities: Staff at Camp Mah-Kee-Nac work in a dual role: Staff live with and care for children aged 7-16 and instruct in one of our nearly 60 activity areas for children to participate in. Staff work in team-oriented settings, collaborating with other staff and leadership throughout the program to ensure a positive experience for the children, applying academic and professional skills and goals.
Qualifications: Ideal applicants have completed one year of college/university in a related field (e.g. psychology, social work, education, recreation, sports management) and have experience working with children in a formal or informal setting.
