  • A willingness and track record of following through on commitments

THE CULTURE OF CROSSROADS

  • Think like Jesus:
    • To think like Jesus is to live from the mind of Christ—anchored in intimacy with God, heavenly wisdom, and eternal purpose. Rooted in Philippians 2:5, we are called to reject worldly conformity (Romans 12:2) and set our minds on things above (Colossians 3:2). Through the Spirit’s nearness, we discern and perceive beyond human intellect (1 Corinthians 2:16). This divine mindset empowers us to take every thought captive to obey Christ (2 Corinthians 10:5). From union with the Father, we gain heaven’s perspective and release supernatural understanding into the earth.
  • Speak like Jesus:
    • To speak like Jesus is to proclaim truth with authority, grace, love, and prophetic power. As the living Word made flesh (John 1:1), Jesus perfectly revealed God’s heart, wisdom, and grace to humanity. His words carried divine authority that healed, liberated, and awakened hearts (Luke 4:18; Matthew 7:29). We are called to speak God’s Word with precision, passion, and grace (Colossians 4:6), making every word a vessel of life and transformation. Speaking like Jesus releases heaven’s truth on earth and compels us to live like Him.
  • Act like Jesus:
    • To act like Jesus is to live a life set apart—marked by obedience, compassion, and kingdom power. His life modeled radical love, healing, and courage (Luke 4:18–19; 1 Peter 2:21). We are called to move beyond words into bold, purposeful action that serves the broken and confronts darkness with truth and love (Ephesians 5:1–2). Acting like Jesus releases holy boldness and tangible transformation, producing abundant life (John 10:10). Through our actions, God’s kingdom is revealed on earth.
