Enterprise Asset Management Intern
Summary
The Enterprise Asset Management Group is looking for an intern to assist with managing and auditing assets in our Computerized Maintenance Management System. The position will involve on-site field visits to water and wastewater treatment facilities, data collection, and database management.
Job Responsibilities
Visit GLWA facilities and capture critical asset information through data collection and asset tagging.
Assist with Asset, Preventative Maintenance, and Predictive Maintenance audits in our Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
Assist with Linear System Integrity Program (LSIP) data collection and entry, including leveraging GIS.
Compile and analyze data/reports.
Take on additional tasks or projects to learn more about asset management and other functional areas of GLWA.
Required Education and Experience
At the time of application, applicant must:
• Currently enrolled in an associates, bachelors or master’s degree program with an accredited college or university
• Currently enrolled in a related degree program to the internship in which they are applying
• A student in good standing and classified by their institution as a rising sophomore or higher
• Able to commit to working at least 20 hours per week
• Able to commit to the intern position for a minimum of two months

Note: Part-Time employment is not eligible for health benefits, however, is eligible to participate in the 457 Retirement Plan.
