Program Manager Intern

As a Program Manager Intern, you’ll be embedded at the center of platform development, learning how cross-functional teams collaborate to deliver impactful, scalable solutions in the higher education sphere. This internship offers a unique opportunity to contribute to major initiatives, from AI-driven capabilities to accessibility enhancements and core platform maintenance, while developing essential skills in program and project management.

You won’t be on the sidelines. As a Program Manager Intern, you’ll work on real challenges that influence global learning platforms, gaining exposure to how teams navigate complexity, balance competing priorities, and adapt to emerging technologies like AI. You’ll help build dashboards, timelines, and reporting structures that inform senior leadership and directly support program managers across Platform & Product Delivery. It’s an exciting opportunity to grow professionally while contributing to meaningful initiatives.

 

This is a 10-week fully remote summer internship from June 8th – August 21st. Candidates need to currently be pursuing a degree within the United States.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Support program managers by setting up dashboards, building timelines, collecting data, hosting meetings, and assisting with program reporting.
  • Collaborate across multiple teams and services to address challenges and competing priorities.
  • Contribute to major initiatives, including AI enablement, platform maintenance, and accessibility enhancements.
  • Gain exposure to the processes and tools that drive platform development in higher education (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, ProductBoard).

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • Must be enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program.
  • Demonstrated interest in program or project management, with coursework or certifications in related areas.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Comfortable working in technical environments and navigating business decisions and processes.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, proactive attitude, and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.

The pay range for this position is between $18-$20/hour, however, pay offered may vary depending on degree pursuing, knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
