This position will be based out of Marshall+Sterling’s Poughkeepsie Office.
Marshall+Sterling’s Information Systems Department is looking for a motivated and tech-curious Summer Intern to join our Poughkeepsie team. This internship offers hands-on experience across several areas of technology support and infrastructure, tailored to your areas of interest.
What You’ll Do
- Assist with data clean-up and data entry projects
- Help configure and prepare new computers for employees
- Support inventory tracking and equipment organization
- Work on general IT support tickets alongside experienced team members
- Assist with system setups for acquisitions and office expansions
- Participate in community service opportunities
- Engage in workshops and professional growth sessions
- Shadow experienced team members to learn how ISD supports employee-owners

Requirements
- Enrolled in a relevant degree program.
- Working knowledge of basic office procedures, Internet, and Microsoft Office products.
- Ability to work effectively and relate well with others including superiors, colleagues, and individuals inside and outside the company in a professional manner.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
- High level of organizational ability with attention to detail.
