Job Description
Perform special duties as assigned. Serve as strategic analyst on activities associated with assigned Division or District. Lead efforts to plan, develop, deliver, monitor, and evaluate assigned program areas. Identify and apply metrics in reporting and tracking. Ensure accountability, integrity, and clearly articulated business processes. Improve efficiencies and automation wherever feasible.
How you will contribute:
- Business Strategies and Goal Implementation: Research, compile and organize statistical data to explain and resolve discrepancies in processes or policies. Continually monitor and evaluate assigned program areas. Recommend solutions to issues to resolve problems. Provide support for implementation of recommendations from credible sources and data. Support other emerging needs related to operations for assigned program area.
- Consulting Services: Provide consulting services and customer services related to assigned program areas to management and staff. Interpret existing policies and guidelines and explain their application to users.
- Perform duties as assigned.: Perform duties, tasks, activities and/or projects as assigned.
- Program Support: Support program needs relative to intake, metrics, evaluation, tracking, and establishing business reports and practices. Propose standards for the purpose of establishing uniform guidelines and procedures. Research, analyze, and develop policies, plans, and procedures for assigned program areas.
- Reporting: Prioritize and establish reporting protocols and processes to ensure data and metrics are in alignment with goals and objectives.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Ability to communicate and build constructive, effective relationships inside and outside the organization.
- Ability to design, analyze and implement policies, procedures, and programs.
- Ability to research, compile and organize statistical data into reports.
- Knowledge of applicable Federal and State regulations, policies, and practices.
- Knowledge of principles, practices and tools identified as essential to the assigned unit and program area.
- Skill in problem-solving and decision making.
- Skill in the use of computers and PC operations.
Additional Considerations:
- A combination of training, experience, or education in Business Administration, Business Analysis, or related field desired.
