Mastronardi offers a structured, 10-week internship program that runs three times per year, during the Spring, Summer and Fall. This internship provides students the opportunity to gain hands-on experience, develop skills, contribute to meaningful projects, and learn from industry professionals.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Support Mastronardi’s work in the Commercial Trialing space
• Organize and align trial datasets into a unified, scalable structure
• Harmonize variety name datasets
• Collaborate with IT to build a dedicated trial analytics dashboard in Power BI

Education/Background Requirements:

• Education and background in agriculture-related fields (horticulture, crop protection, general agronomy)

Specific Knowledge Skills and Abilities Required:

• Familiarity with basic office applications (Excel, Word)
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work with limited supervision
• Open mindset and willingness to learn how day-to-day greenhouse activities are transformed into digital datasets

Working Conditions:

• Part-time, on-site in Livonia, MI
• Flexible scheduling based on class schedules
