Duties:

Work closely with mentors, managers, and other developers to support new & existing custom apps that solve human problems. Communicate with stakeholders to understand their business goals and objectives. Incorporate adjustments based on user feedback. Collaborate on the team's shared component library improvements. Participate in daily stand-ups, planning sessions, and technical discussions.

Job-Related Qualifications Required:

  • Problem-Solving Skills: critical thinking, navigating API and code library documentation, discovering and applying solutions from finding code examples online, analyzing and evaluating new vs. known solutions to determine the most appropriate tool for the job.
  • Development Skills: experience in (or strong interest in learning) necessary skills: front-end, back-end, API controllers, services, database
  • Preferred Code Skills: Angular · JavaScript · TypeScript · .Net · C# · HTML · CSS · Git · SQL
  • (Bonus) interest / experience in research, design, testing, or project management skills

The 2026 UCOR Summer Internship Program is a 12-week program held from late May to early August. You must be able to be onsite for the entire internship program.
