About the Program
This is a unique opportunity to begin your career in Mainframe Development. Our Mainframe Cohort Program will train you in the fundamentals of mainframe development, Z/OS and Cobol, preparing you to support Mainframe environments that power mission-critical operations for enterprises worldwide.
The training is coding-centric — it’s designed for people who enjoy working on the mainframe, ensuring reliability and consistency.
Upon completion, selected candidates will join the Mainframe Development, providing onsite support for enterprise clients.
What You’ll Learn
Over the 8-week training program, you will gain foundational skills in:
- Z/OS, COBOL, TSO/ISPF
- JCL and Batch Scheduling
- Troubleshooting and problem management
- Industry tools and practices (ServiceNow, ITIL, system monitoring utilities)
