About the Role

The Ventus Group, a UBS Private Wealth Management team based in Troy, MI, is seeking a motivated intern to join our team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the financial services industry and learn from a global leader in wealth management.

Responsibilities

• Assist with administrative and client service tasks.
• Support financial advisors and associates with day-to-day operations.
• Prepare and organize documents using Microsoft Office tools.
• Collaborate with team members via Microsoft Teams and OneDrive.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program (Finance, Business, Economics, or related field preferred).
• Ability to work in person at the Troy, MI office.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Teams, OneDrive).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
