Marketing & Growth Internship

Crave’n is seeking highly motivated Marketing & Growth Interns to join our fast-growing, innovation-driven startup team. This internship is designed for creative, ambitious individuals who want real-world, executive-level experience in marketing, content creation, brand strategy, and growth operations inside a rapidly scaling company.

This is not a traditional internship. It is a selective leadership apprenticeship built for individuals who want exposure to how companies are actually built, scaled, and led.

Role Responsibilities

As a Marketing & Growth Intern, you will:

• Assist in creating high-quality social media content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
• Support Feeder (driver) recruitment campaigns with digital flyers, videos, and compelling copywriting
• Help design and execute customer and restaurant marketing initiatives
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and pitch creative ideas directly to the CEO and CXO
• Conduct market research on industry trends, competitors, and regional marketing opportunities
• Track analytics across engagement, conversion, and growth metrics
• Assist with community outreach, college campus activations, and brand-building events
• Collaborate with the marketing team to design graphics, short-form videos, and promotional material
• Provide weekly progress reports to leadership and contribute to strategic marketing projects

Compensation Structure & Program Philosophy (Important)

This internship is intentionally unpaid.

Crave’n was built by founders who took no salary and accepted personal risk to create long-term value. This program mirrors that reality by design.

The unpaid structure is not cost-driven. It exists to ensure:
• Participation is mission-aligned, not transactional
• Interns are motivated by growth, ownership, and responsibility
• Candidates understand this is an executive exposure program, not hourly employment

Interns are not used as replacement labor. They are not assigned clerical or repetitive work. Instead, participants gain direct access to leadership workflows, strategy discussions, and real decision-making environments that are not available in traditional paid internships.

Participation is voluntary, fully disclosed upfront, and structured around education, mentorship, and leadership development.

Internship Performance Pathway — Opportunity for Permanent Roles

Crave’n is committed to developing real talent and rewarding exceptional performance.

This internship includes a defined advancement pathway:

• Interns who demonstrate outstanding work ethic, reliability, creativity, and leadership will be considered for permanent roles with Crave’n Inc.

This is not a “coffee-run internship.” It is a career-building opportunity.

• At the conclusion of the program, the Top 2 Highest-Rated Interns will receive permanent C-Suite Executive appointments within Crave’n Inc.

These individuals will join the leadership team and help shape the future of a company positioned for national scale.

Deferred salary agreements and equity participation may be offered upon executive appointment, subject to company milestones and formal agreements.
