POSITION OVERVIEW
Crossroads Ministries is seeking a passionate, hungry young adult to join us as a Revival & Operations Intern in Atlanta. This role offers a unique opportunity to serve alongside our founder and team, supporting the day-to-day operations of the ministry while being in the middle of the harvest field. You will gain hands-on experience growing in prayer, intimacy with Jesus, and leadership, while helping cultivate a culture of revival at a local high school and within the ministry’s daily rhythm. This role is ideal for someone burning with a passion for revival, eager to grow spiritually, and ready to contribute to advancing God’s kingdom through prayer, gospel proclamation, and practical ministry support.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Deep hunger for God’s presence and revival; pursuing daily intimacy with Jesus through prayer and worship
• Passionate about seeing signs, wonders, and bold gospel preaching as part of revival
• Committed follower of Jesus, living a life of purity and accountability
• Willingness to learn and grow under the leadership of mature spiritual mentors
• Demonstrates humility, flexibility, joy, and a team-player mindset
• Able to handle both spiritual ministry tasks and practical operational duties with excellence
• Comfortable using basic digital tools (email, calendars, Google Suite, Zoom, etc.)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Available to commit approximately 15 hours per week

INTERNSHIP RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist the founder and team with daily ministry operations and administrative tasks
• Support organizing and leading prayer gatherings and spiritual events
• Help coordinate and promote high school revival initiatives and club activities
• Participate in the culture of prayer and worship, joining team intercession times
• Aid with logistical support such as scheduling, communication, and event preparation
• Contribute ideas and energy to help the ministry grow and function smoothly
• Engage with ministry staff and interns in weekly meetings and training
• Represent Crossroads with a servant’s heart, advancing revival and the gospel
