Camp Mirage Troy is seeking 2–3 Camp Managers to oversee our summer day camp program.  Managers play a key role in daily operations, staff supervision, camper support, and creating a positive, organized environment for families and staff.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and support staff during regular camp day and before/after camp

Oversee daily operations when the Camp Director is off-site

Coordinate camper schedules and help manage activity flow

Assist with planning and delivering staff training

Maintain accurate staff timekeeping and program records

Ensure cleanliness, safety, and organization of camp spaces

Complete and file incident/accident reports as needed

Implement emergency procedures and maintain safety standards

Provide feedback and performance evaluation to staff; report concerns to Director/Owners

Report any suspicion of child abuse in accordance with policy

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of camp experience

At least 2 years of college coursework completed

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to lead groups of campers and staff confidently

Understanding of camp programming, structure, and philosophy

Organized, dependable, and comfortable managing fast-paced environments
