LEGO Robotics Instructor – Inspire Young Innovators!
Whizara offers dynamic, student-centered coding and robotics programs that engage and inspire K–12 learners through hands-on learning experiences.
We are seeking enthusiastic and energetic LEGO Robotics instructors to lead in-person classes in San Francisco, CA. If you’re passionate about STEM education and enjoy guiding students as they build, code, and bring their LEGO creations to life, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Create a fun, supportive, and engaging classroom environment where every student feels encouraged to explore and learn.
- Arrive on time and demonstrate reliability, organization, and professionalism in running sessions.
- Deliver lessons using Whizara’s provided LEGO Robotics curriculum — no lesson planning required.
- Guide students through building and coding projects while fostering creativity, teamwork, and problem-solving.
- Monitor student progress, provide constructive feedback, and celebrate achievements.
- Collaborate effectively with students, teachers, and parents to ensure a positive learning experience.
- Communicate regularly with the Whizara team and share classroom updates or feedback to enhance program quality.
- Manage classroom activities independently with enthusiasm and care.
Qualifications
- Current college student or recent graduate in STEM Education, Computer Science, Engineering or related fields
- Experience with LEGO Robotics platforms (such as SPIKE Essential, SPIKE Prime, or LEGO Mindstorms) or familiarity with basic coding concepts (Scratch, Python, etc.).
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
- Comfortable working with computers and robotics kits.
- Capable of engaging students across elementary, middle, and high school levels.
- Dependable, proactive, and passionate about inspiring young learners.
