2026 Wealth Management Full Time Branch Analyst Program (Chicago)
The Wealth Management Full-Time Branch Analyst Program is a two-year program that provides an opportunity for analysts to obtain a holistic view of the Morgan Stanley Wealth Management field through three eight-month rotations.
Full-time analysts are placed in a Wealth Management branch where they will get exposure to various functions such as risk, service, field management and are then placed in their final rotation, working with Financial Advisor teams to learn about serving clients.
The Branch Analyst Program placements will be in Chicago.
TRAINING
Analysts will participate in a six-week program that provides the technical and soft skills knowledge to succeed to launch their careers. The first half of training will be dedicated to preparing and studying for the Series exams (SIE, 7, 66), which are a requirement of the role. The second half of training will include business overviews, professional development, technical training and networking events. Senior and peer speaker series are also a part of the overall training and are run throughout the duration of the Program.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities vary depending on the rotation you are in. You will collaborate with your team and larger division to create tailored, custom solutions for our clients. The Branch Analyst roles cover a wide range of disciplines and may include but are not limited to:
- Processing and analyzing financial data for client portfolios.
- Developing proposals and presentations for prospects and clients.
- Working with financial advisors to evaluate opportunities.
- Identifying opportunities to promote the firm's strategic initiatives and develop client relationships.
- Assisting in sales and operation functions to streamline processes and strengthen the client experience.
- Working on special projects designed to build WM capabilities, client experiences and office operations
QUALIFICATIONS/ SKILLS/ REQUIREMENTS
The following are prerequisites for our acceptance of your application:
- You are pursuing an undergraduate degree with a graduation date between Dec 2025 and June 2026.
- You have a minimum 3.5 GPA.
- You have basic knowledge and a keen interest in finance.
- You are analytical, adaptive, a leader yet team player, as well as a multi-tasker.
- You possess strong oral and written communication skills.
- To qualify, applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States, without requiring, now or in the future, sponsorship for employment visa status.

Expected base pay rate for the role will be $75,000 annually at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
