Sales Intern (9535)

Summary:

Qorvo’s Sales Internships are offered in our Sales and Marketing business groups. This role is ideal for individuals who aspire to be a Regional Sales Manager and will shadow top RSMs, support real sales activities, and take on projects that test your hunger, communication, organization, and ability to take on sales as a potential career in the future. Specific projects and responsibilities will be determined based on the business needs at the time of the internship assignment.

 

Responsibilities may include:

  • Sales Development and Market Research for new and emerging market segments
  • Sales Support including scheduling and preparing for customer meetings, documenting best practices and process gaps, and suggesting improvements
  • Sales Operations and Funnel Management including tracking opportunities, next steps, and forecasts in Salesforce (SFDC) and building dashboards and reports for the broader sales team
  • Owning a small sales initiative for the full sales cycle.  Tasks including, but not limited to, building a sales rep enablement toolkit, developing the strategy for a new market segment, developing and organizing new sales collateral, and finding a customer to qualify

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree in Engineering or Science related field preferred
  • Previous work or exposure to Salesforce (SFDC) a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills
  • Ability to compile, analyze, and manage large datasets to support business insights
  • Attention to detail is a must have
  • Ability to work in an ambiguous and fast-paced environment
  • Proactive self-starters who take initiative, anticipate needs, and confidently chart their own path without waiting for direction

Competitive hourly pay commensurate with experience: $31/hr- $42/hr (subject to change dependent on physical location) 

Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. Qorvo reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as external competitiveness and internal comparability. 

Base compensation is one element of Total Rewards offered at Qorvo. More information on the Total Rewards package can be shared upon request.
