Force Support Premier College Intern Program
The Force Support Career Field Team invites your institution of higher education to partner with us in developing the next generation of civilian leaders for the Air Force and Space Force. We are seeking motivated students for our flagship development programs: the Premier College Intern Program (PCIP).

About the Programs:

Premier College Intern Program (PCIP): A highly competitive 10–12-week paid internship offering students practical experience working alongside AFCS and military professionals. Interns contribute to real projects supporting the Department of the Air Force's mission. Hiring Window: September 1st to mid-December annually.
- Eligibility:
- Currently enrolled full-time in a four-year undergraduate or master’s program
- U.S. Citizen
- Cumulative GPA of 2.95 or higher
- At least 60 credit hours completed
- Ability to pass a background check (Air Force funded)

Brief Summary of Job*
Human Resources Specialist
The student trainee aids in a wide variety of both procedural and substantive clerical work supporting a wide range of human resource management function.
Management Analyst
The student trainee aids in a wide variety of work processes and organizational analysis to improve mission effectiveness, resource efficiency, and resource savings.
Child Development Specialist
The student trainee aids specialists addressing the development, health, and safety of children and the AF from undue liability through the enforcement of agency policies and regulations.
Instructional Systems Specialist
The student trainee aids specialists overseeing the development, implementation, and management of training concepts, programs, and procedures to meet instructional requirements.
General Education and Training Specialist
The student trainee aids specialists providing general adult educational and career development counseling to both military and civilian personnel.
Youth Programs Specialist
The student trainee aids specialists overseeing the installation youth program who provide a comprehensive, professional youth program consisting of a balance of well-rounded positive experiences for youth.
