Mobile App Volunteer

We are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization seeking student volunteers to join a project team developing a mobile application that will be published on the Apple App Store. This is a collaborative, project-based opportunity where volunteers will work together to design, build, and launch a functional app that supports our organization’s mission and community impact efforts.

As part of the development team, volunteers may contribute to areas such as mobile app development, UI/UX design, product planning, testing, and project coordination. Students of all majors and experience levels are welcome. This is an excellent opportunity to gain real-world experience, strengthen your portfolio, and participate in a meaningful nonprofit initiative.

Please be reminded that 29 CFR § 553.106(a) states, “Volunteers may be paid expenses, reasonable benefits, a nominal fee, or any combination thereof, for their service without losing their status as volunteers. " In the essay, acknowledge that you are volunteering without promise, expectation, or receipt of any compensation for work performed.
