INTERN, ORGANIZATIONAL EFFECTIVENESS (La Crosse, WI)

Hourly Wage $18.00 | Anticipated start date: March 2026

 

The Intern, Organizational Effectiveness will learn and support the administering and implementation of processes within the Organizational Effectiveness programs.

 

The Impact You Will Make in This Role:

 

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Assist with administering and maintain tools, templates, and training materials to support continuous monitoring and improvement. Assist with implementation of new continuous improvement programs (Corrective Action Program, Casual Analysis, Human Performance program and the Trending program). Interface cross-functionally to support alignment and execution of Organizational Effectiveness program.

 

Your Experience and Expertise:

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Education & Experience:

Student currently enrolled in an accredited university degree program that focuses on human behavior in the workplace, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Communications, or any other relevant field entering their junior or senior year

 

Skills:

  • Experience with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint 
  • Ability to be self-directed with follow-through
  • Must be detail conscious, responsible, dependable, and able to work well in a team environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Effective time management and relationship building skills
  • Quickly learn new methods and processes
  • MS SharePoint working knowledge
  • Graphic design interest and/or experience creating training and reference materials
  • Project Management coursework or equivalent experience
  • Ability to work decisively by being timely and self-motivated
  • Ability to think external by fostering curiosity to learn and explore new and creative ideas

Other Job Characteristics

Work a minimum of 10 hours weekly during the academic year and work full-time during the summer (40 hours per week). Workdays are flexible to accommodate student schedules within normal business hours.  This position is located in La Crosse, Wisconsin.
