About the Role:
Practical Solutions Counseling, PLLC, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Master's Level Clinician who is currently enrolled in a practicum or internship course within a counseling-related program. This role involves providing direct client support under the supervision of licensed professionals. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong foundational clinical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for client care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Assessments: Conduct initial intake assessments to identify client needs and treatment goals.
• Treatment Planning: Assist in developing individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed clinician.
• Psychoeducation: Provide educational resources to help clients better understand their mental health concerns.
• Group Facilitation: Lead or co-lead group therapy sessions on various mental health topics.
• Case Management: Coordinate with healthcare providers, social workers, and community resources to support client needs.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely client records in compliance with HIPAA, clinic guidelines, and ACA ethical standards.
• Crisis Intervention: Support the identification and management of client crises using appropriate interventions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or a counseling-related field.
• Currently enrolled in a practicum or internship course within a counseling graduate program.
• Strong understanding of mental health conditions and basic therapeutic concepts.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
