Liaison Manager
Remote Position - College Credit
Time Commitment: Minimum 6 Months / 6-10 hours per week (Seasonal/Temporary) Flexible schedule based on school schedules.
General Description: The Liaison Manager will work closely with the Executive Team at Digital4Good to support outreach, fundraising, and program coordination efforts. This role is ideal for a business-minded, organized student looking to build hands-on experience in partnership development, nonprofit communications, and project management.
Duties:
- Conduct outreach to companies to explore partnerships, cross-promotional opportunities, and webinar collaborations
- Build fundraising email campaigns
- Assist in planning, promoting, and managing webinars
- Support ongoing projects across the organization by tracking timelines, coordinating deliverables, and ensuring strong team communication
- Participate in weekly team meetings to report on progress of assigned project(s)
- Attend quarterly Advisory Steering Committee meetings
Qualifications:
- Pursuing a major in business administration or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing deadlines
- Interest in nonprofit work, digital citizenship, and youth empowerment programs
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable with remote collaboration tools (Google Workspace, ClickUp, etc.)
Learning Objective/Outcomes:
Upon completion of the internship, students will be able to:
- Craft effective donor communications and partnership outreach materials
- Develop and manage a complete outreach pipeline for partnership development
- Plan and execute webinars
- Use project management tools to track tasks, deadlines, and deliverables

- Communications & Outreach: Quality and effectiveness of donor emails, partnership outreach, and follow-ups
- Webinar Coordination: Ability to manage schedules, logistics, and communications for webinars
- Project Management: Organization, timeliness, and task completion
- Commitment: Participate in weekly meetings and check-ins (Minimum of 75% attendance)
- Engagement: Accumulate points for engaging with organizational social media pages, attending workshops and events, participating in marketing activities, completing surveys, and finishing projects/campaigns
