Game Developer (Coders & Designers)

 

Position Summary
Creates interactive digital tools or educational mini games that support voter engagement, campaign messaging, or staff training. Designs and builds user-friendly experiences that communicate key themes in an accessible, creative format.

 

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and design interactive digital experiences or mini games
• Collaborate with communications and data teams to align content with campaign goals
• Implement coding, UI design, and gameplay mechanics
• Test, debug, and optimize games for usability and performance
• Maintain documentation and updates for all interactive tools
