Part-Time Office & Finance Operations Assistant (On-Site)

Role summary
We’re hiring a reliable, organized part-time teammate to support our on-site office and finance operations. This role helps keep the day-to-day moving: mail, documents, basic finance admin, and coordination between office needs and our remote team.
What you’ll do
- Handle incoming mail and physical paperwork: open, scan, file, and route items to the right owner
- Prepare and ship outgoing mail (letters, forms, packets, etc.)
- Support basic finance admin, including:
- Accounts Payable support (organizing bills, tracking status, coordinating approvals)
- Light reconciliations and documentation organization as needed
- Help employees in person with simple admin requests (employment letters, payroll questions routing, etc.)
- Support timesheet workflows (uploading, tracking, and organizing timesheets across client portals when needed)
- Assist with occasional office logistics (packages, printing, document prep)
What we’re looking for
- Extremely organized, detail-oriented, and responsive
- Comfortable handling confidential documents
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Tech-comfortable: Google Workspace, spreadsheets, scanning/PDF workflows
- Spanish is a huge plus
- Prior admin/office experience is helpful, but not required if you’re sharp and dependable
Schedule
- Part-time, on-site
