Department Director – Executive Leadership

 

Position Summary
Oversees all executive-level functions of the campaign, ensuring alignment between departments and the candidate’s strategic vision. Provides high-level coordination, operational leadership, and strategic oversight to maintain efficiency, communication, and mission consistency.

 

Key Responsibilities
• Direct cross-department operations to support campaign priorities
• Translate the candidate’s strategic goals into executable plans
• Lead coordination between communications, field, fundraising, HR, and policy teams
• Monitor department performance and resolve high-level issues
• Support the candidate by preparing briefings, updates, and strategic recommendations
