Associate Director – Executive Leadership

Position Summary
Supports the Department Director in guiding executive operations and ensuring seamless coordination across all campaign departments. Assists with strategic planning, workflow oversight, and implementation of the campaign’s core objectives.

Key Responsibilities
• Assist in managing cross-department collaboration and communication
• Help translate strategic goals into operational tasks
• Prepare reports, briefings, and updates for senior leadership
• Support problem solving and rapid response across departments
• Maintain alignment between day-to-day operations and campaign strategy
