Department Director – Field Operations

 

Position Summary
Leads all voter outreach and on-the-ground engagement efforts for the campaign. Oversees field strategy, event coordination, volunteer mobilization, and community presence to ensure strong voter contact and district-wide visibility.

 

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and direct the campaign’s field strategy and voter contact plan
• Oversee outreach teams, volunteer operations, and event execution
• Coordinate district-wide canvassing, phone banking, and relational organizing efforts
• Build relationships with community leaders, organizations, and local partners
• Monitor field performance, troubleshoot challenges, and adjust strategy as needed
