Position Summary
Leads all HR operations for the campaign, ensuring effective recruitment, training, onboarding, and team support across departments. Builds a positive, mission-driven workplace culture that enables staff and volunteers to perform at their best.
Key Responsibilities
• Direct recruitment, onboarding, training, and HR support functions
• Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and organizational standards
• Oversee conflict resolution, performance support, and staff development
• Coordinate with department leaders to meet staffing needs
• Maintain a professional and compliant HR structure throughout the campaign
