Position Summary
Oversees the campaign’s recruitment efforts by identifying, attracting, and onboarding qualified staff and volunteers. Ensures all departments are supported with the talent needed to execute the campaign’s mission effectively.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage recruitment strategies for staff and volunteer roles
• Conduct outreach, screening, and interviews to identify strong candidates
• Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs
• Maintain candidate pipelines and track recruitment progress
• Support new hires through the transition into campaign roles
