Position Summary
Leads the creation and refinement of the campaign’s policy platform. Works with researchers, analysts, and community stakeholders to develop clear, evidence-driven policy proposals that align with constituent needs and campaign priorities.

Key Responsibilities
• Direct the development and organization of the campaign’s policy agenda
• Oversee research, analysis, and drafting of policy briefs
• Collaborate with community leaders and experts to ensure proposals reflect district needs
• Coordinate with communications to translate policy into clear public messaging
• Guide the policy team and ensure accuracy, clarity, and strategic alignment
