Position Summary
Leads the campaign’s staff training strategy to ensure all team members are prepared, knowledgeable, and confident in their roles. Oversees development, coordination, and execution of training programs across departments.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and implement comprehensive training programs for staff and volunteers
• Coordinate with department leaders to identify training needs
• Oversee training schedules, materials, and onboarding sessions
• Monitor training effectiveness and adjust programs as needed
• Ensure training aligns with campaign operations, goals, and messaging
