Hiring Copilot (HCP) is a next-generation AI recruiting platform developed by OCBridge—designed to replace manual sourcing, reduce recruiting costs, and accelerate hiring outcomes for fast-growing startups.

As a BDR Intern, you will work directly on HCP’s go-to-market efforts and gain hands-on experience in B2B SaaS outbound sales, prospecting, and pipeline generation.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on ICP criteria
  • Book qualified product demos for the HCP sales team
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and track outreach activities
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to refine messaging
  • Learn and apply SaaS sales best practices in a real GTM environment

What We’re Looking For

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, HR, or related fields
  • Strong communication skills and comfort speaking with professionals via phone and video
  • High energy, resilience, and willingness to learn from feedback
  • Interest in B2B SaaS, startups, AI, or recruiting technology
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
  • Prior sales, recruiting, or startup experience is a plus
