Sales Internship
Beacon Funding is inviting current college students to join its internship program. This opportunity allows interns to collaborate with the sales team, helping to identify new equipment leasing and financing prospects while building valuable relationships. The program is structured to be both educational and practical, equipping interns with essential skills and aiming for potential permanent employment post-graduation. Participants will gain knowledge and experience that can be directly applied in their future professional careers.
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain an average daily inbound/outbound calling volume of +100;
- Transition completed equipment financing/leasing applications to Beacon’s outside sales team;
- Follow up on company provided leads;
- Management of CRM activities and records;
- Participate in the development of calling guides/scripts;
- Participate in company-sponsored client events such as industry tradeshows, open houses, training, webinars, etc.
- Perform other duties as required
Job Requirements:
- Current or recent enrollment in a graduate or undergraduate degree program
- Strong sales personality and self-motivated
- Proficient with computers, software, and technology
- Dependable, reliable, and flexible
- Strong organizational, critical thinking, analytical, and problem resolution skills
- Strong written and verbal communication and collaboration skills
