JR Capital LLC is an equipment financing company in downtown Brickell, providing financing solutions to businesses nationwide. We are seeking motivated, outgoing individuals for a Paid Internship focused on lead generation and sales support.

This role is ideal for students or recent graduates looking to gain real-world sales experience in a fast-paced business environment. No prior experience is required — we provide training.

What You’ll Do

Make outbound calls to business owners using provided lead lists

Introduce JR Capital LLC and identify potential financing needs

Qualify interested prospects and gather basic information

Pass qualified leads directly to senior sales representatives

Log call activity and notes in our CRM system

Maintain a professional and positive phone presence

Support the sales team with additional tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For

No experience required — training provided

Strong communication skills and comfort speaking on the phone

Confident, professional, and outgoing personality

Reliable, punctual, and coachable

Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated

Interest in sales, finance, or business (a plus, not required)
