Volunteer Talent Acquisition Partner

The Talent Acquisition Partner supports One Bread Foundation by helping recruit, engage, and retain volunteers who advance our mission to end child and teen sex trafficking. This role collaborates with leadership to support recruitment efforts, enhance the volunteer experience, and build strong talent pipelines.

Responsibilities include: communicating with prospective volunteers, coordinating interviews, posting opportunities, maintaining recruitment records, supporting virtual events, and assisting with volunteer engagement initiatives.

Ideal candidates are organized, proactive, strong communicators, and passionate about One Bread Foundation’s mission. Recruiting or HR experience is helpful but not required.

Time Commitment: Approximately 2 hours per week, flexible, with a 2 year commitment
