Republican Legislative Aide (Administrative and Communications)
The Republican Legislative Aid Administration and Communication role is key to ensuring the smooth operation of a legislative office. This is a part-time position and involves overseeing staff, managing office procedures, and coordinating social media activities to maintain effective communication with constituents.
Key Responsibilities
· Staff Oversight: Supervise and support office staff to ensure productivity and adherence to office standards.
· Office Procedures: Develop, implement, and maintain efficient office processes and workflows.
· Social Media Management: Create and manage content across social media platforms to engage and inform constituents.
· Administrative Support: Oversee some correspondence, maintain records, and ensure compliance with office protocols.
Work Schedule
This is a part-time position (28-32 hours per week). Tuesday-Thursday requires onsite work, with flexibility on Mondays and Fridays.
Minimum Qualifications
· Strong organizational and leadership skills.

· Proficiency in social media platforms and basic content creation.
