Program Associate - Capital Clubhouse

The Program Associate works side-by-side with Clubhouse members and staff to support daily operations of the work-ordered day while helping members pursue their employment, education, and personal goals. This role provides practical, hands-on assistance in job readiness, supported employment, education planning, and independent living skills, while fostering strong relationships with members and maintaining a safe, inclusive, and standards-driven working community.

Member Goal Support
Work directly with members to support employment, education, housing, and personal goals through individualized assistance such as supported employment, job readiness, education program search and applications, and independence skill development.

Work-Ordered Day Participation
Actively participate in the Clubhouse work-ordered day by working side-by-side with members in daily operations, modeling teamwork, accountability, and engagement.

Relationship Building
Build respectful, strengths-based relationships with members as a mentor, counselor, and role model, supporting recovery, confidence, and community integration.

Employment and Workforce Development
Assist members with workforce development activities including job preparation, employer communication, and advocacy related to workplace accommodations and rights under the ADA.

Social and Community Activities
Support the planning and facilitation of social, recreational, and community-based activities outside of the work-ordered day.

Program Support and Development
Assist with program development, implementation, evaluation, and other area-specific responsibilities as assigned by the Program Director.

Standards, Safety, and Compliance
Maintain a safe, positive, and inclusive environment; adhere to Clubhouse Standards, organizational policies, and procedures; and participate in required trainings.
